        The Affordable Care Act will expire on January 1st. These are credits that more than 20 million rely on for hundreds of dollars every month to cover medical bills. These are credits that people will die without. These are credits that the democratic party could have fought for but chose not to. The oncoming deaths are on the heads of the democratic establishment- of the eight who chose to defect and the establishment that enabled them. The failure of the democratic establishment has made clear that the American people do not need them. The democratic party is the best vessel for our fight against the Trump regime and the republican party, but Schumer, Jefferies, and every other "neoliberal" are not. The popular will is against the GOP- Miami elected its first democratic mayor in nearly three decades, and in deep red Kentucky democrat Gary Clemmons won a special election for the state senate by 72%. The American people oppose the GOP, and the American people demand a party that will do the same.

        The run up to 2026 will be crucial. We must involve ourselves in every election. Senate, mayor, or schoolboard, it all builds our ability to fight against the Trump regime. Beyond voting, if you have the time you can involve yourself in campaigns. If it's on a local level, you can build connections and have a small but concentrated impact. If it's on a national level, you can build experience fighting against established political machines and have a broader impact. Run For Something, a national group that encourages and supports principled candidates, while the Young Democrats of America work directly with democratic campaigns and candidates. These or other groups are a good way to get involved in politics. Meanwhile, use Find your Member to track your representative. Remember them when they're up for election next year. Remember how they respond to this threat to our constitution. When they ask you to chose them again as the Democratic candidate, remember how they did and decide if they are worthy of representing you.
